Guests scan a QR code at the entrance, join the queue in seconds and track their live position from their phone, with no app to download. When it's their turn we notify them by WhatsApp, SMS or browser push, which cuts no-shows and walkouts. Staff run everything from a live dashboard or our staff mobile app: add walk-ins, call guests, seat them and see analytics on wait times and no-shows. For venues with a cap, Live Capacity counts guests in and out in real time. Growth plans add online booking and QR ordering through Square. Setup takes about five minutes: print your code and start queuing.
