Mossy

Mossy is a free macOS menu app that puts a small plant on your desktop. The longer you sit without a break, the more it wilts. You write one sentence describing what your breaks should be, and an AI writes each break as a single task with a timer. It never blocks or dims your screen, and skipping breaks is treated as normal use. No account required; runs on macOS 12+.
