Harness²

Harness² is an open-source recursive agent harnessing framework from Google Research. It enables LLM agents to automatically evolve their own execution harnesses—prompts, tools, and memory—for open-world tasks, without requiring ground-truth verifiers. The framework uses dual recursion: task-level Propose-Probe-Compose refinement and harnessing-level accumulation of reusable experience.
