Exa 3.0 is a major search quality update to Exa's search API built for AI agents. It introduces a larger embedding model, billions of new documents (including 1.27B ecommerce listings and 211M+ local business records), and Dynamic Highlights, which return relevant excerpts using 95% fewer tokens than full page text. New pricing tiers include Exa Lite at $4 per 1,000 requests and Exa Auto at $7, available through the API.
