Best Alternatives to Start SaaS Free Trials Without Cluttering Your Primary Inbox in 2025
Free trials are a great way to test software, but they come with a hidden cost: your primary inbox gets flooded with onboarding sequences, drip campaigns, and renewal reminders. Using a disposable email address for trial signups keeps your real inbox clean while still letting you receive verification links and important account notices. TempMail.is is a popular free option for this, offering instant addresses that survive real verification flows. But it's not the only choice. Below are six alternatives to TempMail.is that can help you manage trial signups without cluttering your primary inbox.
TempMail.is
The product itself: free disposable email addresses with no account required, aliases for multiple experiments, and inboxes that stay alive long enough to handle verification emails. Ideal if you want a simple, no-frills tool specifically designed for trial signups.
10MinuteMail
A classic disposable email service that gives you a temporary inbox for 10 minutes, with the option to extend. It's extremely fast and requires no signup, making it great for quick trial verifications where you don't need long-term access.
Guerrilla Mail
Offers disposable email addresses that last for one hour, with the ability to extend. It supports attachments and has a simple interface. Good for trials that might send follow-up emails within the first hour.
Mailinator
A well-known disposable email service that lets you use any inbox name you want without registration. Public inboxes are accessible to anyone, but it's useful for quick signups. Paid plans offer private domains and more control.
YOPmail
Provides free disposable email addresses with no password required. Inboxes are accessible from any device and persist for up to 8 days, giving you more time to receive verification links and trial-related emails.
Burner Mail
A browser extension and app that creates burner email addresses you can use for signups. It forwards emails to your real inbox, so you can manage them centrally. Free tier available, with paid plans for more features.
SimpleLogin
An open-source email alias service that lets you create unlimited aliases. It forwards to your real inbox and allows you to reply from aliases. Free tier includes 10 aliases; paid plans offer more. Great for long-term trial management.
While TempMail.is is a solid free choice for disposable trial signups, alternatives like 10MinuteMail, Guerrilla Mail, and YOPmail offer similar no-account convenience with varying inbox lifespans. For more control and forwarding, Burner Mail and SimpleLogin are excellent, though they may require an account or have paid tiers. Mailinator is a reliable standby for quick, public inboxes. Choose based on how long you need the inbox to live and whether you want emails forwarded to your primary address.
